Voucher Eligibility Checklist

Geographic Scope: Must be located within Cattaraugus County, NY.
Mandatory Ear-Tipping: All surgical patients receive a painless left ear-tip under anesthesia to identify them as fixed.
Humane Return: Cats must be returned to their established territory/colony after surgical recovery.
No Pet Surrenders: We provide veterinary support for community cats; we do not operate a drop-off surrender kennel.
